EasySuite's nStream® G3 HD Recorder provides the ability to record a High Definition (HD) video stream from within the operating room, providing physicians with the ability to capture and review the best quality HD video and images, while preserving a digital workflow and enabling HIPAA compliance.

Image Stream's VaultStream® Server is the foundation component of EasySuite's video management system which creates and maintains a managed patient database. VaultStream's web interface, Video Information Portal™ (VIP) enables authorized users to login, search, view and download videos and images to their desktop or laptop computer.

Electronic Health Record (EHR), also known as Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Integration, offers efficiency benefits to operating room nurses and surgeons alike. In the operating room, EasySuite™ accepts incoming EHR Orders messages, which are presented to the circulating nurse as a touch-friendly pick-list. The nurse simply chooses the correct patient from the list, which automatically registers the patient with the OR control system. This reduces the time it takes to prepare the system and eliminates typographical errors, enabling the nurse to focus on Patient Care.

EasySuite is also capable of automatically generating an EHR Results message at the end of the procedure. The Results interface enables captured images and video to be seamlessly linked with the patient record, providing Surgeons with a single point of access to the entire patient encounter – from the comfort of their own computer.

To our knowledge, this is a "first in the country" accomplishment which enables the complete workflow of EHR orders through video documentation of results to an EHR.

EasySuite's LiveStream™ Network provides ability to securely stream video across a hospital campus for educational purposes, or as a tool to allow instant communication without the need to scrub in.
