Procedure
1. If I capture a still image while recording video, will it impact my recorded video?
No, still images can be captured at anytime without impacting your video.
2. What happens if the unit loses power during a procedure?
In the majority of cases, you should be able to turn the system back on, and resume where you left off. When you restart, you will be prompted with a message telling you that you have unsaved images in memory, and asking if you want to restore them - you should select Yes, unless you want to permanently delete the images and video.
3. Is there any way to burn a second CD or DVD after the procedure has completed?
The ISM DVR-MD system includes an application called DVR-MD DISC. This application allows users to quickly and easily make duplicate copies of procedures located on the hard disk. To access DVR-MD DISC, simply close the main DVR-MD application, open the Start Menu and choose DVR-MD DISC. Details on use of the DVR-MD DISC application can be found in your DVR-MD User's Guide.

Video Playback
1. Why doesn't my computer see the CD/DVD created by the DVR-MD System?
ISM DVR-MD DVD's require UDF support on your machine to recognize the disc. While most machines with a DVD player have this support, sometimes a UDF Reader must be installed. To install a UDF Reader, visit our support site, www.imagestreammedical.com/support and download the UDF reader available there or use our Playback Diagnostic Tool.
2. How do I keep QuickTime or Real Player from launching when I try to playback video in my browser?
Windows Media Player is required to play videos within your browser.
To keep QuickTime from opening instead of WMP, please do the following: Open Start Menu: Control Panel: Quick Time; Go to browser plug in; Uncheck mpeg/mpg; Click OK.
To keep Real One Player from opening instead of WMP, open Real One Player and open the Tools menu and choose Preferences. In the left category tree, expand Content and click on Media Types. On the left side, scroll down to MPEG Video and uncheck "MPEG Video". Click OK to exit.
3. Why can't I play a video clip from the CD or DVD?

Yes, media can be inserted at anytime during the procedure. However, streaming will take time to catch up based on when the disc was inserted.
